Cancellation & Refund Policy

All payments are strictly non-refundable, including in cases of force majeure such as acts of war, civil unrest, or natural calamities. Conference fees may be transferred or credited to the next Neptune conference if the delegate is unable to attend.

Delegates are responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit to attend and must have valid travel and health insurance. Neptune and RWSolutions shall not be held liable for any medical conditions, injuries, or personal actions during the event.
